SHIPPING AND RETURNS Shipping We guarantee dispatch of all orders within 2 days subject to availability. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you (the customer) to advise you of the delay. All orders are sent out by First Class Royal Mail in the UK unless another service has been requested and paid for. If there is a postal strike be aware that delivery of your order may be delayed and we are not responsible for this delay. For overseas orders we will despatch your order the most cost effective way as agreed with you (the customer). All orders will be sent out in a padded envelope for the smaller items or a waterproof sealed envelope for the larger items with suitable protective wrapping. In each case it will be labelled clearly with an origination address and the correct customs information (if required). Any orders over £30 will be sent out free of charge to you (the customer) and by a service where a signature is required upon delivery. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting.
Returns There are no returns on earrings for health and hygiene reasons. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact me in writing as soon as possible, but within 5 days of your order. We will then start the claims process with Royal Mail or any other third party mail service that has been used. In the case of damaged/faulty goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will replace/repair the item (subject to stock availability) or offer an alternative. Should we not be able to fulfil the order we will issue a full refund including postage costs. When returning goods we ask that you return within 7 days of the posting date, in an unused state with the original packaging and a copy of the delivery note. You must either obtain a Certificate of Posting for orders under £30 or Recorded Delivery/Signed for Service for orders over £30. Postage, packing and insurance costs cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty. If the order is being returned at your request and is not faulty we will retain a 20% charge from the refund price to cover re-stocking fees and/or any fees incurred from the credit card processing company at the time of your order. |
