TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.   

All products are new. 

Orders can be made through the website or alternatively by phone. 

Orders will normally be despatched within 2 days if products are in stock.  You will be advised of any delay or if the product is not available by email or telephone. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. 

Payment can be made either by:

•  Cheque made payable to “Glittabug”
•  PayPal – secure online payment system
• Major credit and debit cards through PayPal or over the phone.   

Items paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared (normally 5-7 days). 

If payment is made by credit/debit card, only authorised payments for orders will be despatched.  If for any reason your card payment is not authorised we will contact you to try to resolve this. 

Delivery within the UK is charged at First Class Royal Mail rates plus a small fee for packaging materials and handling time on all orders below £30.  Orders above £30 delivery will be charged at Recorded Delivery/Signed for Service rates plus a small fee for packaging material and handling time.  In both instances this will be calculated in the shopping cart. 

Delivery outside the UK will be sent the most cost effective way, but you will be informed of the final price before payment is made.  This charge will include insurance and any customs related paperwork.
